Returns and Exchanges:  


All of our pieces are one off designs, no two will ever be the same. Therefore, I can not offer alternative sizes for specific items.

Please ensure your ring size is correct prior to ordering. If you would like to exchange your ring for another Flux & Flame ring please email us so that we can arrange this for you. Exchanges must be made within seven days of receiving the piece.

The store credit or exchage will be processed once the item has been returned to us in its original, unworn and undamaged state.

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer for all exchanges. It is always a good idea to post the item back with insurance, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels or damage that may occur in transit. 

Shipping:

Flux & Flame always ship our items with insurance, and always require our packages to be signed for on delivery, ensuring that our products arive to you safely.
